I've been creating experiences since before I knew that's what I was doing.
And I've always wanted to understand why certain things feel magical.

Not what they cost. Not who made them.
Why they moved people. Why some products, some spaces, some experiences stayed with you, and most didn't.

That question has never left me.

With Keller Sports, I had the chance to answer it at scale. I co-founded and built the company from my childhood bedroom, and over fifteen years grew it into something with over 100 employees and €100m in revenue, working closely with brands like Nike, adidas and others.

But what I'm most proud of isn't the numbers. Those years taught me one thing above all:

What truly sets a product apart is how it feels to the people who use it. We changed how people experienced sports products, online and offline. Creating experiences that people had never had before, and that stayed with them long after. That was the work I cared about.

Since then I've co-founded zeroLabs with Max Wittrock, and designed Regulate from name to product to brand. Different companies, different categories. The same underlying obsession: creating something that didn't exist before, and making it feel exactly right.

The other thing I've learned: I carry a restless excitement to bring new things into the world. Calm is what turns it into focus. I've spent over twenty years exploring this, through sports, breathwork and meditation. And I'm still learning.
