There's a moment in building a company when you know that what you're creating needs to feel like something. Not just work well. Not just look clean. Actually feel like the thing it is.

That's where the work begins.

I connect directly to the founder's vision and translate it into how the brand and product look and feel. Brand, product and design as one connected thing, from the inside out. No brief handed over, no team in between. A real conversation, from the beginning.

My model is a genuine partnership. I come in when direction, brand and feel are still open, or when something new needs to exist that doesn't yet.

I bring clarity and conviction to the defining phase, and stay as a thinking partner once the operational work is handed over.
I set the foundation. The founder takes it as far as their ambition goes.

The work that makes a brand feel like something needs room to breathe. I work in focused phases, with the space to go deep, because that's where the exceptional lives.

Calm is not the reward at the end. It's the condition that makes the work possible in the first place. From that calm comes the focus and passion to try a hundred versions of something until it feels exactly right.

I work with very few founders at a time, because this work lives from a shared excitement for the vision.

The founders I work with tend to share a few things. They're not just building a business. They want to create something that genuinely improves people's lives, and an experience people can feel. And they understand that how their brand and product feel is not a finishing touch. It's a founding decision.

Where it makes a difference, I bring in exceptional people from design, architecture, UX and sound. People who are deeply selective about what they work on, and who work with me because of the projects I choose and how we work together.

If this feels like the right moment, tell me where you are and what needs to change.
